How to make it

  • Preheat Ninja Foodi on high sauté. Add beef, crumble and cook until browned. Drain meat if you prefer (I use a papertowel straight in the pot to save a strainer). Add water and seasoning packet. Simmer on medium sauté until most of liquid is absorbed, about 5 mins. Add cream cheese in small cubes and stir until incorporated. Add broth and then pasta to the pot. Submerge pasta into liquid but do not stir. Pressure cook for 5 minutes on high. Once done, quick release the steam. Add 1 c cheese to the pasta and stir. Set to bake @ 350 for 15 minutes. Stir. Optional: add remaining cheese to top of pasta and broil until brown and bubbly on top about 2 minutes.
