  • Saute chicken in oil with onions; add the veggies and sauce. stir around until every thing is warm and the poultry not pink. Transfer to an 8X8 inch baking pan . Make the cornbread according to directions and spread it over the casserole.
  • Bake at 350F until bubbly and cornbread cooked through.. Enjoy!
