Apple Cinnamon Spice Dump Cake

- Serves 12 - 15 Slices
Good desert when you're in a hurry and want something most everyone will love. Goes great re-warmed with vanilla ice cream.
Ingredients
- 2 - 20 oz cans apple Pie Filling (I use Kroger brand) shopping list
- caramel Sauce (I use Torani) shopping list
- 2 Tbsp Ground cinnamon shopping list
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar shopping list
- 15 oz Betty Crocker Super Moist Spice Cake Mix shopping list
- 1-1/2 sticks cold butter; sliced thin shopping list
- Pam Cooking Spray shopping list
How to make it
- Lightly spray bottom of 9 x 13 pan.
- Add both cans of apples; spread evenly in pan.
- Drizzle caramel over apples; I use sparingly.
- Add pecans if desired; I omit this.
- Sprinkle 1 Tbsp cinnamon over apples & caramel.
- Sprinkle 1 Tbsp brown sugar on top.
- Next spread Spice Cake Mix evenly over top.
- Place butter pats evenly over cake mix.
- Sprinkle remaining cinnamon and brown sugar on top.
- Pop it in the oven and bake for 40-50 minutes at 350.
- Yummy!
