Apple Berry Salsa With Cinnamon Chips

- cinnamon Chips: shopping list
- 4 7-inch Tortillas, your choice, the egg white ones may be good shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon Granulated Sugar, or a sugar replacement of your choice shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ shopping list
- Salsa: shopping list
- 2 Medium Granny Smith apples, I prefer a sweeter one shopping list
- 1 cup Strawberries, sliced shopping list
- 1 Kiwi, peeled and chopped shopping list
- 1 Small Orange [OR - 3 to 4 teaspoons Zest; 4 to 5 Tablespoons Juice] shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons packed brown sugar, or brown sugar Subsitute shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons apple Jelly shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- For Cinnamon Chips:
- Lightly spray tortillas with water.
- Combine Sugar and cinnamon in a shaker.
- Sprinkle over tortillas.
- Using a pizza cutter, cut each tortilla into 8 wedges.
- Place in a single layer on a baking stone.
- Bake 8 - 10 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp.
- Remove to cooling rack; cool completely!

- For Salsa:
- Peel, Core and Slice Apples.
- Cut apples into quarters; then chop up, fine.
- Slice the Strawberries with an egg slicer.
- Chop Kiwi with a food chopper.
- Place fruit in a 1 quart bowl, preferably with a secure lid.
- Zest Orange.
- Juice the Orange.
- Add the Orange Zest, Orange Juice, Brown Sugar and Apple Jelly to the fruit mixture.
- Mix gently.
- Spoon into a mini chilled serving bowl.
- Serve with cinnamon chips.
