Juicy Baked Chicken

- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts shopping list
- 1 tablespoon olive oil , or avocado oil shopping list
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon paprika shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme, or oregano, parsley or other herbs shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list

- A simple blend of spices: paprika, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper makes the chicken super delicious. If you don't have thyme swap it with basil, rosemary, or another herb. It will still be amazing. shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat your oven to 425 F degrees.
- In a small bowl, mix together the paprika, garlic powder, thyme, salt and pepper until combined. Read Note in Ingredients.
- I found that the key to juicy chicken breasts was to cook them hot at 425 F degrees for the right amount of time. To get this right, it’ll depend on the size of the chicken breasts and your own oven (remember, all ovens cook differently).
- Here’s a guideline I try to follow:
- Small Breasts (5 oz): cook for 18-20 minutes.
- Medium Breasts (7 oz): cook for 20-22 minutes.
- Large Breasts (9 oz): cook for 22-25 minutes.
- Use an Instant Read Thermometer it really saves the meat.
