Rice-a-roni Salad

Old cookbooks had this really delish recipe even one in Washington DC.cookbook We are having this w our Christmas meal!
Ingredients
- 1 package chicken Rice-A-Roni shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper shopping list
- 3 scallions, sliced shopping list
- 1 can water chestnuts sliced shopping list
- 2 small jars marinated artichoke hearts (reserve marinade for dressing) shopping list
- 1/2 cup olives, black, sliced and green stuffed,sliced shopping list
- fresh peapods, a handful shopping list
- Dressing shopping list
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/2 tsp curry powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard (Colmans) shopping list
- 3 Tablespoons lemon juice shopping list
How to make it
- Cook Rice-A-Roni per package directions. Set aside to cool.
- Add all the vegetables and dressing and reserved marinade and mix together well.
- ENJOY!
