How to make it

  • Crust:
  • Preheat oven 400(f).
  • Mix all ingredients with a fork till mixed well and dough forms.
  • Use a 9" springform pan. Use half for bottom crust. Roll thin between wax paper. Press rest along sides. (if you are worried your pan may leak filling wrap in foil)
  • Bake 6 to 8 minutes until light golden brown.
  • Filling:
  • Preheat oven 500(f).
  • In a mixing bowl cream the cream cheese.
  • Add sugar, flour, and extracts. Mix well.
  • Mix in eggs and egg yolks one at a time. Mix well.
  • Mix in heavy cream.
  • Pour filling in pan.
  • Bake for 10 minutes then lower oven to 250(f) and cook for 1 hour more.
  • Cool for at least 3 hours or overnight before releasing spring form pan.
