Ingredients

2 pounds frozen hashbrowns, room temp (I am sure you can even use tater totes)

1 pint jar of Hellman's mayo (no miracle whip)

1 pound velvetta cheese

Directions

Melt mayo and cheese together.

Then mix with potatoes.

Place into 9 x 13 pan.

This was ok to me. Everyone else seemed to really like this. It is a nice dish. Very different.
