How to make it

  • You want to start with your dry ingredients first
  • quickly add your wet ingredients and any other flavors that you may want.
  • Grease your muffin pan or use the muffin cups and start placing the dough in them
  • Then heat your oven to 180 F and cook til bron or firm to the touch.

    Tried it with the alterations of different flours and vanilla. Both me and my husband can declare this the first gluten-free bread-type recipe we've actually really liked. I am new to it and he likes eating =) Thanks. Cooking time for me was about 25 minutes for 6 muffins.
