Ingredients

* 2 to 3 pounds potatoes, cooked

* 6 to 8 eggs, hardboiled

* 1 large onion

* 6 to 8 small sweet midget or gherkin pickles

* 1 teaspoon mustard

* 1 cup mayo (or Miracle Whip)

* Salt to taste

Directions

Cut up potatoes, eggs, onions and pickles and mix well with the mayo. You want to coat everything but don't make it too thin. Keep in refrigerator until needed. It seems the longer, the better.
