- 2 TBS ground ginger shopping list
- 2 TBS ground tumeric shopping list
- 2 TBS ground Ceylon cinnamon shopping list
- 1 TBS ground cayenne pepper shopping list
- few pinches black pepper shopping list
- 3 TBS melted unrefined coconut oil shopping list
- parchment papper shopping list
How to make it
- combine ingredients in a blender. cover dates. wrap individual dates in parchement paper.
- refrigerate overnight.
- 20 servings.
