Chocolate Cornstarch Pudding

This is delicious. Bursting with chocolate. It is very creamy and sure to please all. Can also stir in bananas if you like the combination of bananas and chocolate. I have also warmed a few tablespoons of peanut butter and stirred in right before serving. Read more Decadent. Enjoy. See less
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 2 cups milk shopping list
- 2 tablespoons butter shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate shopping list
How to make it
- Blend sugar, cornstarch and salt.
- Gradually add milk mixing well then cook and stir until smooth, thickened and clear.
- Stir in chocolate until well combined.
- Stir a little of the pudding into beaten egg then return to pudding.
- Add butter and vanilla then mix well and chill in refrigerator.
