Chocolate Cornstarch Pudding Recipe

	Chefmeow / All my dishes 1 year, 3 months ago This is delicious. Bursting with chocolate. It is very creamy and sure to please all. Can also stir in bananas if you like the combination of bananas and chocolate. I have also warmed a few tablespoons of peanut butter and stirred in right before serving. Decadent. Enjoy.... Ingredients

3/4 cup sugar

2 tablespoons cornstarch

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 cups milk

2 tablespoons butter

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 ounces unsweetened chocolate

Directions

Blend sugar, cornstarch and salt.

Gradually add milk mixing well then cook and stir until smooth, thickened and clear.

Stir in chocolate until well combined.

Stir a little of the pudding into beaten egg then return to pudding.

Add butter and vanilla then mix well and chill in refrigerator.
