How to make it
- Blend sugar, cornstarch and salt.
- Gradually add milk mixing well then cook and stir until smooth, thickened and clear.
- Stir in bananas until well combined.
- Stir a little of the pudding into beaten egg then return to pudding.
- Add butter and vanilla then mix well and chill in refrigerator.
