Ingredients
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 ounce package corn bread stuffing mix
  • 8-3/4 ounce whole kernel corn drained
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 1 can condensed golden corn soup
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Coat rectangular baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Place chicken in a single layer in the baking dish and sprinkle evenly with salt, black pepper and garlic powder.
  4. In a large bowl combine stuffing mix, corn, water and butter then mix well.
  5. Spoon stuffing mixture over the chicken.
  6. In the same bowl combine soup, milk and parsley then mix well.
  7. Pour over the stuffing.
  8. Cover dish with aluminum foil and bake 35 minutes.
  9. Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer.
