How to make it
- In a medium mixing bowl mix pecans, butter and salt.
- Place pecans in a shallow pan and place in oven.
- Cook 10 minutes stirring every 2 minutes.
- Cool and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Use to garnish vegetables, salads or casseroles.
