How to make it

  • In a medium mixing bowl mix pecans, butter and salt.
  • Place pecans in a shallow pan and place in oven.
  • Cook 10 minutes stirring every 2 minutes.
  • Cool and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
  • Use to garnish vegetables, salads or casseroles.
