Graham Pecan Toffee Recipe
These are incredibly easy yet so tasty. I always have to give the recipe out on this one whenever I make them. Incredible.

Ingredients
  • 24 honey graham crackers
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup pecans chopped
  • 3 ounces semisweet chocolate melted

Directions
  1. Place crackers on greased jelly roll pan then set aside.
  2. In medium saucepan over medium high heat combine sugar, butter, water and salt.
  3. Stir constantly until mixture reaches 300 degrees.
  4. Remove from heat then stir in baking soda.
  5. Immediately pour over crackers in pan spreading evenly.
  6. Sprinkle with nuts then cool and drizzle with melted chocolate.
  7. Let stand at room temperature to harden.
  8. Break into pieces and store in airtight container.
