How to make it

  • Place crackers on greased jelly roll pan then set aside.
  • In medium saucepan over medium high heat combine sugar, butter, water and salt.
  • Stir constantly until mixture reaches 300 degrees.
  • Remove from heat then stir in baking soda.
  • Immediately pour over crackers in pan spreading evenly.
  • Sprinkle with nuts then cool and drizzle with melted chocolate.
  • Let stand at room temperature to harden.
  • Break into pieces and store in airtight container.
