Graham Pecan Toffee

- 24 honey graham crackers shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter shopping list
- 1/4 cup water shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda shopping list
- 1 cup pecans chopped shopping list
- 3 ounces semisweet chocolate melted shopping list
How to make it
- Place crackers on greased jelly roll pan then set aside.
- In medium saucepan over medium high heat combine sugar, butter, water and salt.
- Stir constantly until mixture reaches 300 degrees.
- Remove from heat then stir in baking soda.
- Immediately pour over crackers in pan spreading evenly.
- Sprinkle with nuts then cool and drizzle with melted chocolate.
- Let stand at room temperature to harden.
- Break into pieces and store in airtight container.
