Vidalia Onion and Ham Bruschetta

                    - 4 ounces sliced low-fat ham, cut into 1-inch pieces about 1 cup shopping list
- 1 vidalia onion, chopped, should have about 1 cup shopping list
- 1 cup chopped plum tomatoes shopping list
- 2 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise shopping list
- 1 tablespoon yellow or Dijon mustard shopping list
- 8 large slices of thick Italian bread, toastd shopping list
How to make it 
                    - Pre-heat oven to 400°.
- In a bowl, combine ham, vidalia onion, tomatoes, mayonnaise and mustard.
- Arrange bread on a large baking sheet.
- Top with ham mixture.
- Bake until heated through, about 10-15 minutes.
- Serve at room temperature.
- Again, this can be served cold in hollowed-out roll or in pita bread.
