Hands Off My Beer Wurst ya Brats

- 10 bratwurts, or hot dogs if you want to substitute shopping list
- 10 hoagie rolls, or hot dog rolls shopping list
- 3 can of good ol' fashion domestic beer shopping list
- 1 large onion, chopped shopping list
- 1 stick of butter shopping list
- Toppings: shopping list
- ketchup shopping list
- mustard, brown, dijon, or yellow shopping list
- chopped onion shopping list
- sauerkraut shopping list
- grilled onions shopping list
- grilled peppers shopping list
- hot peppers shopping list
- pickle relish shopping list
How to make it
- In a large metal pan or doubled up aluminum pan, place the beer, butter and onion.
- Place on the grill and bring to a boil.
- Grill the bratwursts about 7-9 inches above the coals and turn often until done, about 20-25 minutes. (Use tongs when turning so you don't puncture the bratwursts and char them)
- When done, place the bratwursts into the pan with the beer, butter and onion until ready to serve.
- Serve with your choice of condiments and, of course, you choice of a cold beer!
