Broiled Bananas Recipe

How to make it

  • Preheat broiler.
  • Peel bananas and slice crosswise and cut into thick slices.
  • Mix sugar and lime juice then toss with bananas.
  • Spread bananas in shallow baking pan and broil until sugar has melted into a glaze about 5 minutes.
  • Serve immediately with sour cream and chopped pecans.
