These are incredible bananas. I'm always very popular when I make this delight. My nieces and nephews beg for this when they come over. I love them as well. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 4 bananas
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped toasted pecans

Directions
  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Peel bananas and slice crosswise and cut into thick slices.
  3. Mix sugar and lime juice then toss with bananas.
  4. Spread bananas in shallow baking pan and broil until sugar has melted into a glaze about 5 minutes.
  5. Serve immediately with sour cream and chopped pecans.
