Blueberry Fruit Crisp

- 4 cups thawed blueberries shopping list
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice shopping list
- 1 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 1-1/2 tablespoons cornstarch shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated lemon peel shopping list
- 1/2 box plain yellow cake mix shopping list
- 1 stick butter melted shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Put fruit in medium size bowl and add lemon juice, sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, nutmeg and lemon peel then mix gently.
- Pour into a greased square pan or casserole dish.
- Sprinkle dry cake mix over top and drizzle with melted butter then sprinkle with chopped pecans.
- Bake 45 minutes and serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
