How to make it

  • First remove stems from mushrooms and chop fine.
  • Then you can put the bacon, stems, onion, and garlic in a frying pan and saute in small amount butter or olive oil.
  • Now you cook until onion is soft, then drain.
  • Then you need to stir in the rest of the ingredients.
  • Now you can stuff mushroom caps with this mixture.
  • Tbhen ake on a cookie sheet at approx. 375F degrees for 10 minutes.

    Fix the typo in the name and this dish would be very popular. A perfect appetizer for those who love mushrooms and bacon. And let's face it, who doesn't love mushrooms and bacon.
