Sruffed Mushrooms

- 1 lb mushrooms shopping list
- 3 slices chopped bacon shopping list
- 1 c. of shredded mozzarella cheese shopping list
- 1/2 c. of chopped onions shopping list
- 1 clove of minced garlic shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. of oregano shopping list
- 1/2 c. of soft breadcrumbs shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. of salt shopping list
How to make it
- First remove stems from mushrooms and chop fine.
- Then you can put the bacon, stems, onion, and garlic in a frying pan and saute in small amount butter or olive oil.
- Now you cook until onion is soft, then drain.
- Then you need to stir in the rest of the ingredients.
- Now you can stuff mushroom caps with this mixture.
- Tbhen ake on a cookie sheet at approx. 375F degrees for 10 minutes.
