How to make it

  • chop zucchini and onions (if you choose you can leave pieces larger and make a pickle instead of a relish)
  • add salt and mix
  • cover and let set overnight
  • next day wash mixture well and drain off water
  • put in large pot and add mustard,cornstarch and celery seed
  • chop peppers and add to mixture
  • add sugar ,vinegar and pepper
  • mix well and heat through then cook on medium heat for about 30 minutes .
  • bottle in sterilized mason jars and enjoy.
