- 1 LB. fresh or frozen cheese tortellini shopping list
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 1 soup can of milk shopping list
- 3/4 frozen peas shopping list
- 1/2 cup shredded carrot shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon ground pepper shopping list
- 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley shopping list
- chopped toasted walnuts for garnish shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Cook tortellini according to the package directions. drain
- 2.Meanwhile, in 3-quart saucepan, combine soup, milk, peas, carrot, and pepper. Over med. heat, heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low. Cover; simmer 4 mins. or until peas are tender, stirring occasionally.
- 3. Stir in Parmesan cheese and parsley. Heat until cheese melts. Stir in cooked tortellini. Garnish with walnuts. Makes 5 cups or 4 servings.
