How to make it

  • 1. Cook tortellini according to the package directions. drain
  • 2.Meanwhile, in 3-quart saucepan, combine soup, milk, peas, carrot, and pepper. Over med. heat, heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low. Cover; simmer 4 mins. or until peas are tender, stirring occasionally.
  • 3. Stir in Parmesan cheese and parsley. Heat until cheese melts. Stir in cooked tortellini. Garnish with walnuts. Makes 5 cups or 4 servings.
