How to make it

  • Cut the beef tendon meat balls in crosses. Be careful not to slice it all the way.
  • Cook the meat balls in the broth until it floats.
  • Roughly chop the lettuce and put them into the broth, until boiling, season with the remaining ingredients and serve.
  • TIPS: Alternatively, you can sprinkle some fried shallots or Chinese parsley right before serving.
