Ingredients
  • 1 c. of chopped onions
  • 1 c. of chopped carrots
  • 1 1/2 c of gluten flour
  • 1/4 tsp of herbs
  • 1/4 tsp of grated black pepper
  • 2 tbsp. of soy sauce
  • 1 c of water
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1/2 tsp of whole black peppercorns

Directions
  1. Vary your herbs up to your taste!
  2. First you can add the first three ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Then, take a small bowl and add the soy sauce, water, now you can add to the first three ingedients.
  4. Mix this with your favorite spoon.
  5. This should be like a dough ball.
  6. Next you can dust the counter with Gluten Flour and turn athe dough onto the counter.
  7. Now knead the dough for at least three to five minutes.
  8. Then form a 2 inch roll in diameter. Slice, gently.
  9. Now take a large pan, boil 3 qts of water with the last four.
  10. Then you can gently lower the gluten in one at a time and simmer for approx. 20 minutes.
  11. They will rise to the top.
  12. Next you can drain and save the stock.
  13. Now slice into 1/4 inch strips.
  14. This should be covered with stock to so they don't dry.
  15. Now chil and Refrigerate and covered with the liquid for up to a week.
