How to make it

  • Vary your herbs up to your taste!
  • First you can add the first three ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Then, take a small bowl and add the soy sauce, water, now you can add to the first three ingedients.
  • Mix this with your favorite spoon.
  • This should be like a dough ball.
  • Next you can dust the counter with Gluten Flour and turn athe dough onto the counter.
  • Now knead the dough for at least three to five minutes.
  • Then form a 2 inch roll in diameter. Slice, gently.
  • Now take a large pan, boil 3 qts of water with the last four.
  • Then you can gently lower the gluten in one at a time and simmer for approx. 20 minutes.
  • They will rise to the top.
  • Next you can drain and save the stock.
  • Now slice into 1/4 inch strips.
  • This should be covered with stock to so they don't dry.
  • Now chil and Refrigerate and covered with the liquid for up to a week.

    Nice looking recipe. I would usually use this as something to put in soups, stirfries, or something to bake covered with BBQ sauce for sandwiches.
