Heat on the stove, add to the taco shell! We like to add the fixins too - like cheese and sour cream! My girls LOVE this!

Ingredients
  • 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Medium Onion, chopped
  • 1 ½ lbs. Ground Turkey
  • 1 can (8oz.) Tomato Sauce
  • 1 can (11oz.) Mexicorn
  • ½ tsp. Ground Cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. Garlic Salt
  • ¼ tsp. Ground Cumin
  • ¼ tsp. Ground Allspice
  • ¼ tsp. Black Pepper

Directions
  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Heat oil in skillet
  3. Add onion and crumble in turkey – cook stirring occasionally for 7 or 8 minutes.
  4. Stir in garlic salt, cinnamon, cumin, allspice, and pepper
  5. Add tomato sauce and simmer covered for 5 minutes
  6. Heat corn shells for 5 minutes in oven
  7. Add corn to turkey mixture and heat for 2 minutes
