Sausage-Krauters

- 8 Polish sausages or large frankfurters shopping list
- 1-8 ounce bag of sauerkraut, drained shopping list
- 1/4 cup chili sauce shopping list
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion shopping list
- 1 teaspoon caraway seed shopping list
- 8 frankfurter buns shopping list
How to make it
- Slit sausages lengthwise, cut almost to the ends and about 3/4 of the way through.
- In a bowl, combine sauerkraut, chili sauce, onion and caraway seeds.
- Mix well.
- Stuff about 2 tablespoons of the sauerkraut mixture into the slit of each sausage.
- Secure with wooden skewers.
- Grill over hot grill for about 10 minutes, turning frequently.
- Serve in frankfurter buns, and don't forget to remove the skewers before eating!!!
