How to make it

  • Creole seasoning -- mix together in airtight container and shake several times to combine flavors.
  • Boil potatoes in water until done then when cool enough cut potatoes into cubes.
  • Boil eggs in water until done then remove shells from eggs and dice.
  • In large bowl blend potatoes, eggs and remaining ingredients by stirring gently with large spoon.
  • Refrigerate before serving.
