Goldrush Brownies Recipe

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Grease 8X8 Brownie pan
  • Line brownie pan with parchment paper and grease again. I usually cut the parchment paper, grease it and then put it in the pan as a liner - it's just easier.
  • Trim off any extra paper but leave enough that you can grab the edges to lift out the brownies.
  • Mix all ingredients together by hand until well mixed
  • Spread evenly in the brownie pan
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes
  • Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes
  • Remove from the pan and cut into squares. I use a pizza cutter for easy cutting.
  • Enjoy!
