Goldrush Brownies Recipe
This is an easy, few ingredient yet tasty dessert.

Ingredients
  • 2 Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 1 can Fat Free Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 8 oz. Chocolate Chips (I use dark chocolate chips)
  • Chopped Walnuts (optional)

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Grease 8X8 Brownie pan
  3. Line brownie pan with parchment paper and grease again. I usually cut the parchment paper, grease it and then put it in the pan as a liner - it's just easier.
  4. Trim off any extra paper but leave enough that you can grab the edges to lift out the brownies.
  5. Mix all ingredients together by hand until well mixed
  6. Spread evenly in the brownie pan
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes
  8. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes
  9. Remove from the pan and cut into squares. I use a pizza cutter for easy cutting.
  10. Enjoy!
