How to make it

  • First take a skillet over medium flame.
  • Now melt the butter.
  • Now add in the chops for 3 minutes on each side. Brown.
  • Then add the potatoes, carrots and onion.
  • In a small bowl add the soup and water; pour over chops.
  • Put on a lid and and cook for approx. 15 to 20 minutes letting veggies get tender.

    I made this dish for tonight's dinner. Directions were easy to follow.I used 2 regular potatoes and 3 whole carrots sliced and a little green pepper. It was simple to make. My husband liked it very much and he said I should let you know. :-)
    He is not much of a potato and carrot man, but he cleaned his plate like a kid. Thanks for recipe

    I have been making this for years but I use cream of celery soup in place of the mushroom soup very good
