Ingredients
  • 2 sheets of seaweed (nori) can be found in Asian or most major grocery stores
  • 1 tbs. toasted sesame oil
  • 2 tsp. salt (pref. flake sea salt)
  • black seasame seeds (optional)

Directions
  1. preheat oven to 300*
  2. On a cookie sheet lay out nori sheets and brush each side with the seasame oil (brush lightly).
  3. Sprinkle both sides with salt (decrease or increase according to taste.)
  4. Bake for five minutes.
  5. After the nori is dry and slightly crisp from the baking sprinkle with sesame seeds if you are using.
  6. After the nori has cooled cut into small rectangles and enjoy!
