Whenever I take this salad to a potluck I end up with many requests for the recipe, enjoy!!

Ingredients
  • 2 bunches broccoli florets, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 8 oz. shredded yellow cheddar
  • 8 oz. shredded white cheddar
  • 1/2 4 oz. jar real bacon bits
  • 1 lb. vidalia onion, chopped.
  • Dressing:
  • 2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 T. white vinegar

Directions
  1. Mix dressing, toss with salad ingredients and chill 3 hours.
