Quick Souffle Recipe
This is a very easy, simple but delicious recipe for brunch or the evening meal.

Ingredients
  • 1 10oz can cream of mushroom soup (or cream of chicken, cream of broccoli)
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 4 egg whites
  • grated cheddar cheese, optional

Directions
  1. In bowl combine soup and yolks.
  2. Beat egg whites until stiff.
  3. Fold into soup mixture.
  4. Pile into greased 1L casserole.
  5. Sprinkle with cheese if desired.
  6. Bake at 425 for 25 minutes.
  7. Serve immediately.
