- 1 10oz can cream of mushroom soup (or cream of chicken, cream of broccoli) shopping list
- 4 egg yolks shopping list
- 4 egg whites shopping list
- grated cheddar cheese, optional shopping list
How to make it
- In bowl combine soup and yolks.
- Beat egg whites until stiff.
- Fold into soup mixture.
- Pile into greased 1L casserole.
- Sprinkle with cheese if desired.
- Bake at 425 for 25 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
