How to make it

  • In a bowl, mix everything together except parsley and 1/2 cup chopped pecans.
  • Mix 1/2 cup pecans and parsley together in a separate dish.
  • When well blended, for cheese into a ball, or shape of choice.
  • Roll the ball into the remainder of the crushed pecans and parsley.
  • Roll until totally covered.
  • Refrigerate over night before serving.
  • Bring to room temperature and serve with crackers.
  • This can be frozen too.
  • For football parties, shape into a football instead of a ball and "pat on" pecans and parsley.
