Really Cheesey Cheese Ball Recipe

Ingredients
  • 12 ounces sharp cheddar cheese spread
  • 12 ounces cream cheese
  • 4 ounces blue cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4-1/2 tespoon cayenne pepper
  • salt
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped parsley
  • 1 cup well-chopped pecans

Directions
  1. In a bowl, mix everything together except parsley and 1/2 cup chopped pecans.
  2. Mix 1/2 cup pecans and parsley together in a separate dish.
  3. When well blended, for cheese into a ball, or shape of choice.
  4. Roll the ball into the remainder of the crushed pecans and parsley.
  5. Roll until totally covered.
  6. Refrigerate over night before serving.
  7. Bring to room temperature and serve with crackers.
  8. This can be frozen too.
  9. For football parties, shape into a football instead of a ball and "pat on" pecans and parsley.
