The Best Peanut Butter Cookies

My mom's recipe, the best ever, taste peanuttier than store bought.
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. shortening shopping list
- 1/2 c. peanut butter shopping list
- 1/2 c. white sugar shopping list
- 1/2 c. brown sugar shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1/2 t. vanilla shopping list
- 1/2 t. salt shopping list
- 1/2 t. baking soda shopping list
- 1 c. flour shopping list
How to make it
- cream shortening and peanut butter
- beat sugar into mixture, add egg and rest of ingredients
- drop by teaspoonfulls onto cookie sheet, flatten into circles with the tines of a fork.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10 min. or less

This recipe is really good!! I did add more peanut butter then recipe called for but i always do Personal preference we love Peanut butter!! these turned out crispy around the edges and soft in the middle!! very very Good!!
