How to make it

  • Grill salmon on outdoor grill 10 to 15 minutes for your preferred "doneness".
  • Cook pasta according to package directions
  • Heat Victoria vodka sauce in 2-3 qt pan
  • Flake 2/3 of salmon into sauce, cook 10-15 minutes (reserve 1/3)
  • Pour sauce over cooked pasta, flake remaining salmon over the top.
  • Serve with salad and garlic bread
