How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • Cut the squash into half, clean out seeds. Place face down in a shallow baking dish with an inch of water
  • Place in oven for 45 minutes
  • Heat sauce pan over medium heat.
  • Add sesame seed oil, grated ginger and minced garlic
  • Add all your veggie and tofu after cutting them into fine stir frying material
  • Splash in some soy sauce
  • When every thing is cooked, serve the veggies inside the squash.
