Veggie Stir Fry With Squash

- 1 walnut squash shopping list
- 1-2 cloves of garlic shopping list
- 1 tbs ginger shopping list
- 2 tbs sesame seed oil shopping list
- soy sauce shopping list
- 1/2 package of tofu shopping list
- any veggie you have on hand that you want to stir fry shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Cut the squash into half, clean out seeds. Place face down in a shallow baking dish with an inch of water
- Place in oven for 45 minutes
- Heat sauce pan over medium heat.
- Add sesame seed oil, grated ginger and minced garlic
- Add all your veggie and tofu after cutting them into fine stir frying material
- Splash in some soy sauce
- When every thing is cooked, serve the veggies inside the squash.
