2 person crock pot game hen Recipe

How to make it

  • Rinse game hen and pat dry
  • Season game hen with salt, pepper and some italian seasoning mix
  • Saute garlic in small amount of olive oil
  • Brown game hen in the garlic infused olive oil
  • Place foil balls on bottom of crock pot and place game hen on top
  • Add in chicken broth, garlic, and lemon, and some extra italian seasoning (or dressing)
  • Cover and cook for up to 4 jours on low heat, less on high
  • Add in rice for the last 10 minutes or until cooked
