How to make it

  • ~Mix all ingredients until compleatly combined & put mixture into greased or lined muffin tins.
  • ~Then put one tablespoon of granola on each unbaked muffin & pat down.
  • ~Bake 15 to 20 mins, or until top springs back up when lightly touched.
  • ~ * ENJOY *~

    My dad told me that if you grind them then you get the nutrients, what could I use to do this?

    Yummy and good for you right on.Flax seed is so good for you and I add ground as well as whole for omegas.Will be making this soon.Thanks for converting measurements.
