How to make it

  • For Sauce: combine strawberries and daiquiri mix. Cover and chill for 1 hr.
  • Shortcake: cut butter into bisquit mix and make well into the center. Add milk and fold until lightly moistened. Drop 6 mounds of dough onto baking sheet and flatten to 3/4" thick with spoon. Bake at 425 for 10-12 minutes and cool.
  • Cut shortcakes in half and add scoop of ice cream. Top with cake half and top with sauce and whipped cream.
  • Delish!
