How to make it

  • Blend water, "chicken buillon" Celery, Avocado in a Vitamixer, or with a handheld electric shake blender (careful with this, it's messy)
  • Add in the other veggies, diced, and salt and lime/lemon juices.
  • For extra heat, blend a jalapeno or two with the celery before adding the diced veggies.
  • This is all to-taste preference, so add the the flavors to taste.
  • I make a lot, so it serves about 5 bowls
  • You can sub the Celery for Cucumber.
