How to make it

  • Bake corn bread or I buy at local market and let cool
  • Fry bacon,while bacon is frying start chopping ingred.
  • Chop onions and pickles
  • Cut corn of cob
  • Drain and rinse black-eyed peas
  • Let bacon cool,then crumble
  • crumble corn bread into a VERY LARGE bowl
  • add all ingredients mix well. Stir in Mayo and Pickle juice
  • Cover and chill until ready to serve.....taste even better the next day

    Hey are you Fran, Ive been looking for this receipe for a long time. My son-in-laws sister-in-law made this for family get togethers and its delish!
