This is a recipe I obtained from an estate sale in 1994. We love it. It always comes out so tender and though it takes little or no effort it tastes like you slaved for days. Can't go wrong. Have the recipe ready, you will be asked for it.

Try using Marsala wine instead of Dry White Wine. It has a little more zip without changing the basic recipe.
