quick lamb ragu

- 1/2 lb ground lamb shopping list
- 1/2 onion - diced shopping list
- 1/2 jar barilla marinara sauce shopping list
- 1 tbs olive or grapeseed oil shopping list
- 1-2 cloves garlic, minced (or use paste) shopping list
- 2 cloves shopping list
- pinch of allspice shopping list
- pinch of cinnamon shopping list
- pinch of pumpkin pie spice shopping list
How to make it
- heat oil over medium heat
- add ground lamb and cook until no pink is visible
- add diced onion and spices, stir
- saute until onion is soft and lamb is fully browned
- add marinara sauce, reduce heat and simmer at least 15 min
- serve over gnocchi, spaghettini, bow ties, or oricchiette with plenty of fresh grated Parmesan. Yum!
