How to make it

  • Pre heat a deep fryer or frying pan with enough oil to cover fish. Comes out best in deep fryer. Rinse fillets under cold water. In med size bowl sprinkle salt and pepper over fillets. In plastic back mix corn meal and flour together. Put one fillet at a time to evenly coat. Shake of excess mixture. Make sure oil is hot and fry about 6 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Remove from fryer and lay on paper towel to absorb excess oil. Enjoy HOT!
