Alaska Duck Salad

This is really great tasting I not keen on the french dressing but guest at my house seam to love it....i always say a litttle for me I but a warm Blue cheese on mine
Ingredients
- 2 cups of cubed cooked duck meat shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups of cubed peeled apples shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups of canned or fresh orange sections shopping list
- 1/2 cup of finely diced celery shopping list
- 1/4 cup of French dressing shopping list
- lettuce shopping list
How to make it
- The duck meat and apples should be cut into 1/2 inch cubes and the orange sections cut in halves, so that the fruit and meat are about the same size. Combine the meat, fruit, and celery, and toss with French dressing. Chill. Serve on a bed of crisp lettuce.
