Cocktail Kebabs

- 16 large shrimp, cooked shopping list
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed shopping list
- 8 baby bella mushrooms, cleaned and halved shopping list
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice shopping list
- 1 sweet red pepper, seeded and cut into squares to have 16 shopping list
- 3-4 tablespoons olive oil shopping list
- 2 teaspoons sugar shopping list
- 2 teaspoons ground mustard shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon creamed horseradish shopping list
- black olives, pitted, optional, 16 shopping list
- avocado pieces, optional, 8 pieces shopping list
How to make it
- Cook shrimp; remove heads, shells, legs and devein.
- Clean and cut each baby bella in half.
- Put shrimp, mushrooms and peppers in a bowl. And black olives if using.
- In a separate bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, sugar, mustard and horseradish.
- Pour over shrimp mixture.
- Cover and marinate for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Drain marinade from shrimp mixture.
- Thread, equally, shrimp, pepper, mushroom and olives onto wooden skewers. Add avocado pieces ,if using, at this time too.
- Serve with extra napkins to catch any marinade that drips when enjoying!
