Buck Mountain Hot Chili Beans

- 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef shopping list
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped shopping list
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard shopping list
- 2 tablespoons chili powder shopping list
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin shopping list
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes shopping list
- 1 (16 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained shopping list
- 2 (16 ounce) cans pinto beans, drained shopping list
- 1 (14 ounce) bottle ketchup shopping list
How to make it
- In large saucepan, brown beef with onions.
- Drain off fat.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer 30 to 40 minutes.
- Ladle into bowls and sprinkle with Parmesan or cheddar cheese if desired.
