Ingredients

8 Pork Chops

3 Cups Barbecue Sauce

Directions

Steam pork until half done.

Put chops in baking dish and pour barbecue sauce over chops.

Bake at 350°F basting every 15 minutes for 1 hour or until done.

PREASURE COOKER:

Place pork chops in cooker with barbecue sauce.

Set control at 15 and cook for 20 minutes.

Release pressure immediately.

This sounds easy enough for a pressure cooker. My pressure cooker is smaller. I am still leery of pressure cookers. Grandma told me that when her and Grandpa were younger, she didn't watch the pressure close enough and the gauge blew right off the top of her cooker and straight through the roof. Grandpa had to do a roof repair. Now that is some pressure! She told me this when I was a little girl and I have been looking at mine like it might bite me. I know, weird. :D
