Rosemary Bell Pepper Chicken

- 2 large red bell peppers quartered and seeded shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh rosemary leaves shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 2 chicken breasts halved shopping list
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary leaves shopping list
- 4 cloves garlic halved shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 450.
- Place peppers into a rectangular baking dish.
- Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon fresh rosemary, salt and black pepper.
- Roast 20 minutes stirring once.
- Sprinkle chicken breast halves with salt, pepper and fresh rosemary.
- Remove peppers from oven.
- Stir and tuck chicken and garlic between pepper pieces.
- Reduce oven 400.
- Roast turning chicken rearranging peppers and garlic twice for 40 minutes.
