How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 450.
  • Place peppers into a rectangular baking dish.
  • Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon fresh rosemary, salt and black pepper.
  • Roast 20 minutes stirring once.
  • Sprinkle chicken breast halves with salt, pepper and fresh rosemary.
  • Remove peppers from oven.
  • Stir and tuck chicken and garlic between pepper pieces.
  • Reduce oven 400.
  • Roast turning chicken rearranging peppers and garlic twice for 40 minutes.
